Victorian 18ct gold diamond and sapphire ring with three central sapphires within a surround of twelve old cut diamonds with a sapphire to each shoulder, size Q
The diamonds are old, rough cut, uneven in height. The sapphires have no obvious surface issues. There is some patina of wear to the band, and it is distorted slightly out of round. No obvious losses or repairs.
